Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be variation in weight, texture, color, fragrance, design or packaging.  We strive to maintain as much consistency as possible.  The statements and products sold through Lovely Creations Bath and Body Boutique LLC, are not intended to treat, diagnose, cure, or prevent any condition or disease.   Before use, check and read all ingredients of products to avoid any potential allergic reaction.  Products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines.  If any minor uses products from Lovely Creations Bath and Body Boutique LLC, it should be after legal or parental guardian has discussed the product with the minors physician.  BATH BOMBS, BATH SALTS AND BATH FIZZIES ARE NOT INTENDED AND MAY NOT BE SAFE, FOR PERSONS WHO ARE PREGNANT OR TRYING TO CONCEIVE.  IF PREGNANT OR TRYING TO CONCEIVE, CONSULT PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO USING OUR PRODUCTS.

Return Policy

Shipping and Delivery

All orders must be paid in advance by credit card via Pay Pal.  Shipping charges are determined by the packaging, weight and size of your items and delivery zip code.  Final charge for shipping will appear at the end of your transaction.  For shipping estimate, please add the desired product to you shopping cart.  You will receive an email when order has been received and when it has been shipped.  If you do not receive an email, then your order did not get to us.   Process of shipping begins once order has been submitted. Depending on the day and time you have placed your order, ordering process may not begin until the following business day.   Lovely Creations business days are Monday-Friday and excludes weekends and federal holidays in the United States.  We only ship to the Contiguous United States, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.  Please ensure that you provide complete postal address.  We are not responsible for items that are undelivered, due to submission of incomplete address. Once items has reached shipping carrier, we are not responsible for loss or damaged items.  Items lost after delivery to you, will be your responsibility.

Damages

Any claims for shortages or goods damaged in transit, must be made within 3 days of shipment arrival.  Contact us via our email at: contact@lovelycreations4u.com.  Please keep all shipping materials and damaged product(s) until claim completed.
